Who we are

The controller of the personal data described here is Sobimann Tecnologia da Informacao LTDA, CNPJ 33.302.232/0001-53, headquartered in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, operating under the Atlasberg brand.

Data we collect and why

  • Data you give us in forms: name, work email, phone, company and the content of your message, used to answer you and to run the commercial relationship.
  • Account data: registration details, authentication and product entitlements of your Atlasberg Account.
  • Billing data when you buy: billing details, CNPJ or CPF and payment records.
  • Technical data collected automatically while you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and cookies.

Legal bases (LGPD)

  • Performance of a contract, for delivering and supporting the products you hire.
  • Legitimate interest, for security, fraud prevention and improving the service.
  • Consent, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies.
  • Legal or regulatory obligation, for tax and accounting records.

Sharing, retention and transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors that support the operation (hosting, payments, email and analytics), always under contract and only to the extent needed.

We retain personal data for as long as the relationship lasts and for the legal retention periods that apply afterwards. Some processors operate outside Brazil, and those transfers follow the safeguards required by the LGPD.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability, deletion and information about sharing, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Security and changes

We apply technical and organisational controls, including encryption in transit, access control and audit logs, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new revision date. Material changes are announced before they take effect.
